Will my transfer be canceled if my flight is delayed?
No. Your flight is tracked live by flight number, and your transfer is rescheduled according to the actual landing time.
Do you provide baby and child seats?
Yes. Baby and child seats are provided free of charge upon request during reservation.
How will my driver find me at the airport?
Our team meets you at arrivals; the exact meeting point for your airport is in your booking confirmation and in the e-mail you receive the day before your transfer. Name signs are not allowed at Istanbul airports: at Istanbul Airport we wait at exit gate 13 with a sign showing our agency code SS1, at Sabiha Gökçen at the TÜRSAB Meeting Point. If your flight is delayed, we keep waiting at no extra charge.
Can I cancel or change my reservation after making it?
Yes, you can cancel or change your reservations before your transfer time. Cancellations can only be made at least 24 hours before the transfer time. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time.
