What happens after I apply?
We review your application and get back to you as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
Which documents are required?
Requirements depend on your operating region and how you work. Usually a driving licence, professional driver qualification, vehicle registration, insurance and transport/tourism authorisation are needed. We collect documents after the first call via a secure link.
Can we connect via API?
We collect integration requests through the application form. Depending on your volume and system, we agree the best connection method together (API, XML, channel manager or extranet).
How does the affiliate partnership work?
You recommend transfers to your guests with your own referral link. We agree the affiliate terms together after your application.
I don't own a vehicle — can I apply?
Yes. Professional drivers working with a company vehicle can apply too; just select it in the form.
I run a company — should my drivers apply individually?
No. Apply as a transfer company; your fleet and drivers are reviewed through your company.
How are payments made?
Earnings are fixed for every job in advance. Payment schedule and method are agreed during the partnership call.
Is my personal data safe?
Your information is used only to review your application, is protected under data protection law and is not shared with third parties.
