SALES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Sales and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between:

SEVEN GLOBAL SEYAHAT ACENTASI TURIZM TICARET LIMITED COMPANY

and the customer (“Passenger”) who purchases transfer services via 4seasonstransfer.com.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the terms and conditions of airport transfers, private chauffeur-driven vehicle services and related transportation services purchased by the Passenger.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

2.1. Services are provided with private, non-shared vehicles.
2.2. Transfers are valid for the date, time and route specified in the reservation.
2.3. Flights are monitored based on the provided flight number.
2.4. No additional charges are applied for flight delays.
2.5. The service aims to ensure safe and timely transportation to the designated destination.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1. The service fee is the fixed price confirmed at the time of reservation.
3.2. Traffic conditions, night hours, public holidays or flight delays do not affect the price.
3.3. Route changes, additional stops or extended waiting time requested by the Passenger are subject to additional charges.
3.4. Payment may be made by cash, credit card or online payment methods.

4. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND MODIFICATION

4.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer time are fully refundable.
4.2. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer time.
4.3. Documented force majeure cases (flight cancellations, health issues, official decisions) may be evaluated by the Company.
4.4. Modifications are subject to availability.

5. PASSENGER OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The Passenger declares that all reservation details are accurate and complete.
5.2. The Passenger must be present at the designated meeting point on time.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings.
5.4. The Passenger must avoid actions that may damage the vehicle or driver.

6. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

6.1. Ensure safe and timely transportation.
6.2. Provide vehicles that are legally compliant, insured and well maintained.
6.3. Employ drivers with valid licenses and professional qualifications.

7. INSURANCE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. All vehicles are covered by compulsory traffic and passenger insurance.
7.2. The Company’s liability is limited to the scope of insurance coverage.
7.3. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Natural disasters, strikes, official authority decisions, adverse weather conditions and other uncontrollable events are considered force majeure.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed and protected in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK).

10. JURISDICTION

Manavgat / Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

By making a reservation via 4seasonstransfer.com, the Passenger is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
