Good to know
- Our service is transport only: no medical staff accompany the ride and it is not an ambulance service. Patients who need medical supervision should travel by an ambulance arranged by the clinic.
- If you travel with a foldable wheelchair, tell us in advance so we can plan the luggage space.
- You do not need to share medical information in the form or in messages; dates, times and addresses are enough.
Vehicles
A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, or a midibus or coach is arranged on request.

Frequently asked questions
Can I go straight from the airport to the clinic?
Yes. If you land in the morning and your appointment is the same day, we can take you from the airport straight to the clinic and to your hotel afterwards.
What if my appointment runs late?
Just update the return time on WhatsApp and the vehicle is rescheduled.
Is there medical staff in the vehicle?
No. Our service is private, comfortable transport, not a medical service. If you need medical supervision, your clinic should arrange an ambulance.
Where are the clinics and how far is the airport?
Most clinics are in the city centre (Muratpaşa), Lara and Konyaaltı, about 16–24 km or 25–30 minutes without traffic from the airport.
