Vehicles
A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, or a midibus or coach is arranged on request.

Frequently asked questions
How is an arrival day with hundreds of attendees planned?
Attendees are grouped by arrival time from the flight list, and enough Vito/Sprinter vans or, on request, coaches are planned for each wave, so nobody waits long.
Do you provide transfers for the gala night or excursions?
Yes. Return transfers to the gala venue, restaurants and sights are added to the event programme.
How far are the congress hotels from the airport?
Lara is about 16 km (25 min) and Belek 34 km (40 min) away; hotels in Kemer and Side are 60–65 minutes away.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Once we have the number of attendees, dates and programme, the quotation is sent by e-mail or WhatsApp; if anything is missing we contact you first to clarify.
