Most meetings and congresses in Antalya take place not at fair venues but in the meeting rooms of large hotels in Lara, Kundu and Belek. Attendees often stay in several hotels, the gala is in one hotel and the sessions in another. We plan airport reception, shuttles between hotels, gala and excursion transfers from one point, around your programme.

Congress hotels by area
- Lara and Kundu: the hotel area closest to the airport (about 25 min), with large meeting rooms and easy access to the city centre
- Belek: known for large congress halls, golf and incentive programmes (about 40 min)
- Konyaaltı and the city centre: city hotels close to the Glass Pyramid and AKM
- Kemer and Side: quieter, large resort hotels (60–65 min) for incentive trips and company meetings

- Arrival and departure waves: receptions grouped by flight list, with a name or logo sign
- Shuttles between hotels: morning and evening shuttles to the congress hotel when attendees stay in different hotels

Vehicles
A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, or a midibus or coach is arranged on request.

How far are the congress hotels from the airport?
Lara is about 16 km (25 min), Belek 34 km (40 min) and Konyaaltı 24 km (30 min) away; hotels in Kemer and Side are 60–65 minutes away.
What if attendees stay in different hotels?
We plan morning and evening shuttles for each hotel around session times, so all attendees reach the congress hotel at the same time.
Do you provide transfers if the gala is in another hotel?
Yes. Transfers to the gala venue and back at night are added to the congress programme.
Our hotel is not confirmed yet – can I still get a quote?
Yes. We prepare a preliminary quotation from the area, dates and approximate number of attendees, and update the plan once the hotel is confirmed.
