Vehicles
A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, or a midibus or coach is arranged on request.

Frequently asked questions
What group sizes do you handle?
From small executive groups to congresses with hundreds of attendees; for large groups, midibuses and coaches are planned on request in addition to Vito and Sprinter vans.
In what format should we send the attendee list?
An Excel or similar list is enough: name, flight number, arrival/departure time and hotel. We fill in any gaps with you.
How are last-minute changes handled?
Flight changes are tracked with flight monitoring; for other changes just message us on WhatsApp and the vehicle plan is updated.
