About Olympos Cable Car (Tahtalı)
The Olympos cable car runs from its lower station between Çamyuva and Tekirova in the Kemer district to the 2,365-metre summit of Tahtalı Dağı (Mount Olympos). The 4,359-metre line climbs about 1,640 metres from the base station at 726 metres and has operated since 2007. The mountain lies within Beydağları Coastal National Park. At the top there is a restaurant, and on clear days the view takes in the coastline, the bays around Kemer and the surrounding Taurus peaks. The base station is about 19 km by road from Kemer (roughly 39 minutes).
