- Arrival waves from your flight list: send us the guest and flight list and we group arrivals that land close together, with a vehicle plan for each wave
- Personal welcome: guests are met at arrivals with a sign showing their name or your names as a couple
- Bay-by-bay shuttles: if guests are spread from Yalıkavak to Torba, we plan a separate pick-up route for each area so everyone reaches the venue before the ceremony
- Sunset and beach-club ceremonies: shuttles leave early enough to allow for busy summer-evening traffic on the peninsula
- Late-night returns: back to each bay after the reception or after-party, in several runs if you wish
- Vehicles: VIP Mercedes Vito / VW Transporter for 1–6, Sprinter / Crafter for 7–13; midibuses and coaches on request for larger weddings
Bride and groom car with driver
For the two of you we provide a luxury Ultra VIP Maybach or a VIP Mercedes Vito with driver. Decoration — for example flowers and ribbons in your wedding colours — can be arranged on request and is included in the quotation we send you.
- From getting ready to “I do”: pick-up from your hotel, villa or salon and drive to the ceremony
- Photo-shoot stops: by the marina and the castle, at a viewpoint over the bay or wherever your photographer wants
- Timed to the sunset: if your shoot and ceremony follow the golden hour, we plan the route and waiting time around it
- Your driver waits: throughout the shoot and the ceremony, and takes you back to your hotel or villa at the end of the night
The rest of the wedding week
- Welcome dinner: guests collected from hotels in different bays and taken back afterwards
- Boat day: group transfers to the marina or jetty and back to the hotels
- The day after: returns to Milas-Bodrum Airport matched to each guest’s flight

Vehicles
A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, or a midibus or coach is arranged on request.

Frequently asked questions
Our guests are staying in different bays — how do you organise the shuttles?
We group nearby bays from your hotel list and plan a separate pick-up route and vehicle for each group, so nobody tours the whole peninsula and everyone arrives before the ceremony.
Will guests make it on time for a sunset ceremony?
Peninsula roads get busy on summer evenings, so we work backwards from the ceremony time, add a traffic buffer and send the shuttles off early.
Is the car decoration included?
Yes. Decoration is arranged on request and included in the quotation we send you — just tell us your colours and wishes in the form.
How early should we book?
As early as possible. Summer is the busy wedding season in Bodrum and weekends fill quickly, so request a quotation as soon as your date is set.
