- Plan the arrival day: Alaçatı and Çeşme are about 1 h 15 min from the airport, so we recommend guests arrive at least a day before the wedding — late-evening flights are met too
- Arrival waves from your flight list: arrivals landing close together are grouped and met with a name sign
- Vineyard and countryside venues: for vineyard weddings in Urla we collect guests from hotels in Alaçatı, Çeşme or Izmir with shuttles timed to the ceremony
- Stone-paved lanes: in Alaçatı’s narrow streets larger vehicles may drop off at the nearest suitable point, so we allow a short walk in the timing
- Late-night returns: back to hotels on the peninsula or in Izmir, in several runs if you wish
- Vehicles: VIP Mercedes Vito / VW Transporter for 1–6, Sprinter / Crafter for 7–13; midibuses and coaches on request for larger weddings

For the two of you we provide a luxury Ultra VIP Maybach or a VIP Mercedes Vito with driver. Decoration — for example flowers and ribbons in your wedding colours — can be arranged on request and is included in the quotation we send you.
- From getting ready to “I do”: pick-up from your hotel, stone house or salon and drive to the ceremony
- Photo-shoot stops: in Alaçatı’s stone lanes, between the vines, by the sea or wherever your photographer wants
- Your driver waits: during the shoot and the ceremony, planned into the timing from the start
- Night-time return: back to your hotel or house after the celebration
The rest of the wedding week
- Welcome dinner or henna night: guests collected from their hotels and taken back afterwards
- Vineyard visit and tasting day: group transfers to the Urla vineyards, Sığacık, Alaçatı or Çeşme
- The day after: airport returns matched to each guest’s flight, leaving the peninsula in good time

Frequently asked questions
When should guests arrive for a wedding in Alaçatı?
Alaçatı is about 1 h 15 min from the airport without traffic. Allowing for delays and the drive, we recommend guests arrive at least a day before; for anyone landing on the wedding day we plan the pick-up around the ceremony time.
The wedding is in Urla but guests stay in Çeşme and Izmir — how do the shuttles work?
We group the areas from your hotel list and plan a separate pick-up route and vehicle for each, so everyone reaches the venue before the ceremony and returns to their own area at night.
Is the car decoration included?
Yes. Decoration is arranged on request and included in the quotation we send you — just tell us your colours and wishes in the form.
Will the car wait during the photo shoot and ceremony?
Yes. Waiting time for photo stops and the ceremony is built into the timing, so your driver stays with you.
