Guest transport for destination weddings
- Arrival waves from your flight list: send us the guest and flight list and we group arrivals that land close together, with a vehicle plan for each wave
- Personal welcome: guests are met at arrivals with a sign showing their name or your names as a couple
- Hotel ↔ venue shuttles: timed to the ceremony, even when guests are staying in several hotels
- Late-night returns: back to the hotels after the reception or after-party, in several runs if you wish
- Vehicles: VIP Mercedes Vito / VW Transporter for 1–6, Sprinter / Crafter for 7–13; midibuses and coaches on request for larger weddings
From the airport, Lara is about 25 minutes away, Belek 40, Kemer and Side around an hour.
Bride and groom car with driver
For the two of you we provide a luxury Ultra VIP Maybach or a VIP Mercedes Vito with driver. Decoration — for example flowers and ribbons in your wedding colours — can be arranged on request and is included in the quotation we send you.

- Photo-shoot stops: at the seafront, in the old town or wherever your photographer wants

A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, or a midibus or coach is arranged on request.

Is the car decoration included?
Yes. Decoration is arranged on request and included in the quotation we send you — just tell us your colours and wishes in the form.
How do you handle guests arriving on different flights?
We group guests landing at similar times into arrival waves and plan vehicles for each one. Flights are monitored and pick-up times adjusted for delays.
Will the car wait during the photo shoot and ceremony?
Yes. Waiting time for photo stops and the ceremony is built into the timing, so your driver stays with you.
How early should we book?
As early as possible. May to October is the busy wedding season in Antalya and weekends fill quickly, so request a quotation as soon as your date is set.
