ATF – the International Antalya Tourism Fair – takes place every year at the end of October at the ANFAŞ Fair Centre, bringing together hotels, travel agencies, tour operators and airlines. For exhibitors, buyer delegations and visitors we plan airport reception, daily hotel – ANFAŞ shuttles and evening transfers. ANFAŞ is about 7 km (15 min) from Antalya Airport.

What we plan for ATF
- Airport reception: on your arrival day before the fair, with flight monitoring and a company name or logo sign
- Daily hotel – ANFAŞ shuttle: morning pick-up from the hotel and evening return on fair days
- Stand teams: early transfers on build-up day and late transfers after dismantling on the last day
- Evening programme: client dinners, hotel receptions, restaurants and Kaleiçi
- After the fair: hotel visits and the return to the airport
Book ahead for fair week
During fair week many participants arrive in Antalya on the same days, and the airport and fair exits get busy. If you book in advance, your vehicle is ready at your flight time and at the fair exit. Vehicles
A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, or a midibus or coach is arranged on request.

How long does it take from the airport to ANFAŞ?
ANFAŞ is about 7 km from Antalya Airport, roughly 15 minutes without traffic. From hotels in Lara and Kundu it is about 25 minutes, from Belek 35.
Is there a daily shuttle from the hotel on fair days?
Yes. We plan morning pick-ups and evening returns for every fair day, sized to your group.
Can I book a last-minute transfer?
