Official shuttle or private transfer?
Free shuttles between hotels on the official COP31 accommodation platform and the venue have been announced; routes and timetables will be published on cop31.tr. A private transfer is more practical if your hotel is not on a shuttle route, if you travel early or late, have evening commitments, or if your delegation carries luggage or equipment. The drop-off point follows the security rules of the day.
Vehicles
A Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter is planned for 1–6 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter for 7–13 passengers. Midibuses and coaches can be arranged on request for larger delegations.

How far are Belek hotels from the COP31 venue?
Without traffic: 16 km (~14 min) from Kadriye, 23 km (~22 min) from Belek and 31 km (~29 min) from Boğazkent. On conference days allow 30–45 minutes extra for security checks.
What time should I leave in the morning?
You need time for the security check before your first session. From Belek, most participants should leave 75–90 minutes before the session starts; leave earlier from Boğazkent and on the World Leaders Summit days (11–12 November).
Is there an official shuttle from my hotel?
Free official shuttles have been announced only for hotels on the official COP31 accommodation platform; routes and timetables will be published on cop31.tr. If your hotel is not listed or the timetable does not fit your programme, you will need a private transfer.
Can the vehicle stay with us all day?
Yes. With daily car-with-driver hire, the vehicle and driver stay at your delegation’s disposal for 8, 10 or 12 hours, with multiple transfers between the hotel, the venue and meetings.
